Geography A

GEOGRAPHY A is the first course in a two-semester series which examines a broad range of geo­graphical perspectives. Students will study each region using a similar structure in order to analyze the simi­larities and differences between each region. Students will understand the meaning of geography through in-depth exploration of North America, Central America, South America, and Western Europe. The themes of geography will guide the exploration of each region (location, place, human-environmental interaction, move­ment, and region).
